Passionate, talented and slightly left of centre, Associate Professor Justin Pierce skilfully mixes his education and business backgrounds, a love of people and his genuine empathy to engage.

Giving new meaning to the term ‘academic’, Justin’s talents and areas of expertise are broad and varied, he's also likable, grounded and approachable, making him an integral business partner and an invaluable part of your team.

Justin’s teaching career spans more than 23 years, with humble beginnings teaching music to 20 students a week at age 15. By 21 years-old, Justin was lecturing university classes, covering various course topics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

For still being a few years south of 40, he’s not only still fresh, he’s possibly one of the most well-equipped individuals to add value and relevance to your team, event or seminar.

With extensive, relevant qualifications, backed by extensive industry experience with Target Australia and the Cotton On Group, Dr Pierce is currently the Director of Torrens University’s MBA Program...and their official ceremony compere, delivering his entertaining teachings and legendary graduation ceremonies Australia-wide.

Not one to leave much room on his plate, he also coaches business professionals, is frequently invited to guest lecture at various universities, present at major industry seminars, private company events, and is intermittently engaged as a firm consultant and an in-house trainer.
